Sitting on a busy street of Vadodara, Pancham Highstreet breaks the stereotype image of commercial spaces. Running parallelly along the road, this robust complex has an appealing structure that can’t be missed by anyone passing by. It has a 300 ft. long façade which, unlike typically uniform commercial buildings, reflects fluidity. Two shades of blue glass have been combined with the dark grey structure of the exterior to lend it a bold and dynamic look. The structure accommodates a variety of commercial outlets like banks, retail outlets, and cafes, with a glass frontage for shops and showrooms to ensure maximum visibility. The main foyer serves as a central axis for the whole establishment. The common areas of the building have been designed in a beautifully coordinated manner to give them an elegant flair. A unique look despite the basic layout is what makes this complex truly splendid.

The fins on the sides are designed in a way for allowing ventilation, yet flowing the language of the building.
The angular lines terminate in straight lines on the rare side in order to provide clear openings.
The entry to the built mass is created in a welcoming way by green pockets and stark structural members finishes in stone-crete.
The corridor leading to the staircase and elevators is a neat space with ceiling, flooring, and wall finishes done cohesively.
The combination of detailed and carved Siporex blocks with green patches as wall finish along the corridor, acts as a fresh approach to the commercial building typology.
