The shops on the front facade are designed to receive optimum daylight, while those on the rare side of the building are strategically planned to make sure that maintenance is not a problem. The structural design with high and beam-free ceilings lends the entire space a clutter-free look. The semi-covered roof-top of the complex is designed to hold social gatherings and is big enough to accommodate all the workers of the commercial establishments.
