This L-shaped building at the intersection of two roads has a linear layout that maximizes the frontage given to commercial and corporate spaces. The facade takes inspiration from the scales of a fish and characterizes fluidity and motion. The sun-breakers allow maximum sunlight and render openness and ventilation. This also helps in screening the services of the building. The 35 ft. tall fins are specially designed, customized and placed in a way that they look like a wave flowing smoothly to both road-facing sides. The façade is also designed keeping easy maintenance in mind and is well-suited for hot and dry climates. The entire structure is a perfect combination of practicality and soothing aesthetics.
