30 Greens

Our first project in Aurangabad, 30 Greens is rooted on the concept of communal living. The society contains 30 exclusively designed 4-BHK bungalows, each facing the centre and enjoying an uninterrupted front. Two car park spaces, a porch, and a front terrace allow entry to the house. An experiment in understanding the use of natural light through differently designed openings, the use of slit windows in the elevation is striking here. Moreover, the sloping roof adds a character to the architectural value of these houses. The clubhouse developed as a common language in design, offers a pool, a gym and a garden area for gatherings with an effectively designed landscape.
The entry to this community is subtle yet something that catches one attention gives a welcoming feeling.
Allowing one car parking area and a two-wheeler parking place, the built mass in a mix vertical elements and sloping roofs.
The centrally planned common area comprises of a pool, indoor recreational area and open lawns for a complete experience.
The club house also follows the architectural language same as the villas.
