Located in one of the developing areas of Aurangabad, 40 Greens consists of forty chic and contemporary bungalows that immediately catch the eye. Through mindful planning, the residences are constructed in a community set up with no individual compound walls or gates. Truly one of a kind, these abodes have the main entry at the first floor directly, providing ample parking space whilst also giving a grand entry. The use of exposed brickwork, stone, and shingles on the roof gives every unit an earthy tone despite its contemporary design. The angular façade in glass covered with tapered sloping roof breaks the box massing and gives the bungalows a prominent character. There is an interesting interplay in the vast, double-height interior spaces and plenty of natural light and air making the scheme a luxurious one.
