One of the first few projects by UNEVEN that got the team a recognition and faith in the industry, and many awards. This modern township is created using a plan that focuses on communal living with thirty 4 BHK bungalows and a clubhouse. The spatial organisation inside the houses is such that the adjacent units share the common space, while the privacy and individuality of the owners are maintained. Every house consists of openings and verandahs that ensure climate control and ventilation. Moreover, they open into a pocketed garden that further contributes to easy wind circulation and allows the space to breathe. The clubhouse in the shared area consists of various amenities that include a swimming pool, a library, a gymnasium, and several indoor games and convenience facilities. The structure of the clubhouse shelters as well as the gate act as sculptures and immediately catch attention.
