A beautiful home that follows a modern design approach and is all about interesting compositions. The external dynamics of the project follow a sold-void concept with the façade constructed using teakwood stone, concrete and glass. The aim was to bring in plenty of sunlight and also create a well-ventilated space with a double-height ceiling. Hence, the architecture has a clutter-free design with maximum openings and visual connections to the landscape. The interiors complement both the architecture and the landscape making the house ooze warmth and comfort. The bold transition spaces are accentuated with a pleasant ambience and every corner is made useful. All three bedrooms on the first floor display a unique taste and have huge windows in common. A natural colour palette sets a serene ambience of the space with white walls, wooden ceilings, and contrasting traditional-style furniture. This beautiful contemporary project is the outcome of a great sensibility of architecture and interior design.
The entry to the building is formed by creating a deep-set void, with bold and inviting wooden door kept rather simple.
A beautiful mix of materials seen in the foyer area, with the exposed brick laid in a non-stereotype fashion, wooden ceiling with intricate carvings and a wall clad in a Sabyasachi floral wallpaper, complements the space.

The interiors of the house holistically done in whites; this living room contains a hint blue to balance the monochrome effect.
The exposed brick work continuing on the adjacent wall is designed to guide one to the dining-family area; an uncommon way to connect two different spaces. The ceiling done in wood with curves showing fluidity makes the space dramatic.
Double height dining area allows the vertical assembly to the first floor just through by the virtue of its openness, opens to a water feature outside.
Guest bedroom made to accomplish the basic needs with the bed-back made in toned natural wood.
A master bedroom on the first floor, in muted tones is detailed by basic yet interesting grooves in corian as the bed back.
The bathroom of this bedroom done in wooden tiles with elegant pastel greys, give a complete modern look.
Another contrasting master bedroom finished in various materials like wood for ceiling and flooring, walls in concrete and bed back in stone rather gives a warm feeling.
A pattern specially designed is seen engraved on the tiles, makes this toilet look totally remarkable!
